Overview
DueUp ("we", "our", "the platform") provides financial management tools for youth sports organizations. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- Organization administrators are responsible for managing access and roles within their org
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One person may belong to multiple organizations
Billing & Payments
- We facilitate payment collection between organizations and families
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe; their terms apply to transactions
- We are not responsible for disputes between organizations and families regarding fees owed
- Organizations set their own fee structures, late fees, and payment terms
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any purpose other than managing youth sports organizations
- Upload false or misleading financial information
- Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
- Use the messaging feature for spam or unsolicited marketing
Data Ownership
Your organization owns its data. You may export your data at any time using our export tools. If you cancel your account, we will provide a full data export upon request and delete your data within 30 days.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify organization administrators of planned maintenance. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from service interruptions.
Liability
DueUp is a tool for managing finances — we are not a financial institution, accounting firm, or payment processor. Organizations are responsible for their own financial decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice sent to organization administrators. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
