We collect information you provide when creating an account or using our service, including: names, email addresses, phone numbers, player dates of birth, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store card numbers).

How We Use It

• Manage billing and payment collection for your organization
• Send payment reminders and organization announcements
• Display roster and schedule information to authorized users
• Generate financial reports for organization administrators

Who Can See Your Data

Your data is only visible to authorized members of your organization based on their role. Coaches see only their team's players. Families see only their own information. Organization admins see financial and roster data for their org only. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Access to your data is protected by row-level security policies enforced at the database level.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your organization's account is active. You may request deletion of your family's data at any time by contacting your organization administrator or emailing us directly. We will delete your personal information within 30 days of a verified request.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.

Children's Privacy

Player information (including dates of birth) is provided by parents/guardians and is used solely for roster management and age-group verification. We do not collect information directly from children.
